I love the uniqueness of all these products. Well made and super cute, the bag tag helps identify my bag and adds uniqueness wherever I go. I love it.

The tags arrived with boxes damaged, these were gifts. The top was ripped off one box though when I contacted rareform I was told it couldn’t have been returned?! The order was sent regular mail although customer service assured me they would put it out FedEx. The package, arrived after my kids had left for their other home. I’m so done about the whole thing, I’d purchased 2 orders, both are going back. I’m disappointed as I was assured through the waiting period everything would be resolved to my expectations. Sadly it was flowery words and unkept promises. I won’t be ordering from them again and everything is going back. I just can’t use products that aren’t backed by customer service. What if there’s another problem?
