Video Intern

  • RAREFORM is looking for a part time intern to create video and photo content for RAREFORM to be used on the website, in advertisements, on social media, and more. This person will be responsible for curating organic, lifestyle content as well as product video and photography.

    • Create lifestyle video content at nearby sites (i.e. beach, downtown, etc.) for video advertisements and social media
    • Secure models, research locations, accrue props
    • Become an expert in RAREFORM's goal aesthetic
    • Shoot video content for website renovation
    • Create lifestyle and product photo content on an as-needed basis
    • Be willing to jump in to help in other facets of RAREFORM business

Director of Operations

We are looking for a knowledgeable, strategic, data-driven, team player to join our team as our Director of Operations, reporting directly to our COO. The Director of Operations will be responsible for billboard supply sourcing all the way to end-customer fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, logistics and warehouse management. This is an opportunity to own and manage the operations of a fast growing, fun and collaborate team.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing, executing, and continuously improving systems and standard processes for warehouse operations, production, and planning.

Ensuring that operations is aligned with the larger organization goals and that functions can scale to meet growth expectations

Optimizing inventory levels by SKU at each location of the supply chain network (plant, manufacturer, in transit, etc)

Managing warehouse staff and scheduling projects based on timelines and priorities

Developing a clear set of KPIs and targets to monitor and improve production, service and inventory performance using ABC SKU categorization.

Tracking and reducing excess and obsolete inventory.

Communicating with vendors and factories on a daily basis: negotiating pricing, timelines, logistics

Analyzing profitability at all touch-points in the supply chain

Booking and scheduling of LTL shipments, truckloads, and international cargo and freight

Planning for peak season of 10-15x normal volume during BFCM and holiday

This Should Describe You:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related area (supply chain, finance, engineering, economics)

3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics or production of CPG environment

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to develop models to support a complex supply network

Working knowledge of Lean and 5S; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

Exceptional project management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Fulfillment Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Fulfill all eCommerce orders

Hang and Pack product on the warehouse floor

Manage eCommerce returns

Fulfill Corporate, Distribution, and Retail orders

Keep warehouse organized and in pristine condition

Requirements

Ability to work on feet for 8 hours/day

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Highly detail oriented

Proficient in basic computer skills (i.e. email, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Proficient in English

Past fulfillment experience a plus
