Rareform was founded in Los Angeles in 2012 by brothers Alec and Aric, who grew up surfing, playing sports, and part of a big family that loved to travel, meet people, and trade stories along the way.

While traveling in El Salvador, we noticed billboards being repurposed as roofing.
