I was traveling with breast milk on vacation. Put milk in frozen and it STAYED frozen for a full 8 hours on the road. The fridge was not working in our room, so I replace ice packs with dry ice since the ice packs were getting a little melted. Everything in the bag stayed frozen for another 26 hours!
