I was so excited to buy this pack and I love everything about it, but the straps. I took it for a weekend trip to Florida and the straps are hard and immovable, which meant they were biting into my armsevery time I moved. I couldn't move my arms while wearing it, and I wore it a lot through the airports during layovers and throughout the weekend. Bad design, why can't they make soft padded shoulder straps like all the rest of the back packs out there.

I had this backpack bookmarked for months, waiting for my old one to give out, and received it as a Christmas gift this year! A month and a half in, I love it. It's a great size for what I, as a college student, need to carry with me most days. The inner mesh pockets serve as really great organizers, and I like that the bag isn't losing its shape. The laptop compartment fits my 15 inch laptop with room to spare, and has good enough padding that I've abandoned my usual laptop bag. Overall, I've found this bag great at organizing, sturdy, and very well designed. I do wish it was water proof (or at least water resistant?), though. I've noticed that the billboard part sheds water well, but the cloth of the bag itself doesn't hold up against much more than mist before water starts to seep in. I also wish it had a water bottle pouch on the side, because I get nervous putting my water in with my laptop and textbooks

Love my new backpack! Very comfortable on the shoulder, and stays put, no slipping down on a one shoulder carry. Big outside pocket can carry a banana, yogurt, phone and keys+. Plenty of space inside for laptop, cords, headsets, wallet...Selected my colors based on work, but fresh and vibrant for anything ! Love the recycling spin of course too. Good value while doing good.

I bought this bag for my boys first days ar school. Its just a great bag. Being unique I know he will never loose it and absolutely love its been recycled from used materials! Heaps of compartments for all his papers, lunch box, water bottle and spare clothes. Very happy

I had been needing a new backpack for a while, so I was excited to finally invest in a backpack that reduces already existing waste. I love that because of the vinyl it's waterproof, since I live in Oregon and it rains all the time. No need to worry about my books/laptop getting wet. Great size for college books, and the inner pockets are really useful. Plus I get to brag about my billboard backpack :)
