Shipping & Orders

Our standard shipping fee is $3.95 for orders under $34.99 and under, and the fee is $4.95 for orders between $35-$99.99. For orders over $100, standard shipping is free! FedEx 2 Day Shipping is offered for orders within the continental United States for $25.

Returns are easy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase.

A full refund (less return shipping) will be issued. If you prefer store credit, return shipping is on us! All merchandise must be unused; the condition of the product is left at RAREFORM's discretion.

Founder's Choice and Clearance items are final sale. No returns for international orders.

Yes! We will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order as soon as your order ships. We will include tracking info in this email. Typical order processing times are 1-2 business days for standard shipping.

Yes! We offer carrier-calculated economy + express shipping options at checkout, with duties and taxes also (always!) PAID! You can expect your economy international order to arrive 5-12 business days after it's been shipped from our warehouse.

Your order will ship out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If you selected FedEx 2 Day shipping, your order will ship out same day if placed before 4 PM M-F.

For toddlers, we recommend the Braxton Kid's Backpack. For elementary school age (or adults looking for something small!) we recommend the Hadley Backpack. The Brooklyn, Ace, Summit, and Benton are all adult sized backpacks.

Yes! Our Maya Cross Body Bag and our Ella Purse have a full zipper closure. The Cora Tote has a snap closure. The Asana Tote + Blake Tote do not have a top closure.

Great question! In order from largest to smallest by volume: Weekender Duffle (53 Liters), Union Duffle (40 Liters), and Light Duffle (24 Liters). All duffles are TSA approved for carry on.

You can use any mild soap or spray cleaner with a soft rag or sponge! We do not recommend putting items in a washing machine.

Yes! We photograph each individual product for our website, so the one you see is the EXACT one you will receive. Any photo marked 'detail example' is just an example so that you can see what your bag looks like on the interior or from different angles.

Yes! Each RAREFORM bag is unique because each is made from a unique billboard. We get all kinds of billboard vinyl, and each piece comes with its own style, its own set of wear, and its own store. Once a billboard has been washed and hand-cut in our office in Los Angeles, we make it into a bag that's as one-of-a-kind as you!

Yes! Gift Cards are available for purchase here.

As you know, our bags used to be billboards and was repurposed into product. They may have a few spots and scuffs, we call them beauty marks, and they are from my eventful past. But, this is what makes it YOUR unique bag!*


*Any marks or wear that impact the bags functionality fall under our limited lifetime warranty

We offer a limited lifetime warranty for all products. If something happens to your product that impairs its functionality (i.e. a zipper breaks) we will repair or replace it at no cost.
