We don't allow the use of any additional coupons or promo codes during our holiday sales. But rest assured, when shopping our Holiday Sales you will be getting the best prices for our one-of-a-kind inventory.

Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind we cannot add promotional discounts to past or future orders. We recommend signing up for our text messages to get notified immediately when we have new products, promos, or restocks.

COVID-19 has created difficulties for many businesses, and unfortunately, warehouses and shipping services aren't exempt. Our warehouses are following COVID protocols in order to protect our employees and to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. This has resulted in longer processing times, especially during peak periods (hello, holidays). In addition, shipping services like USPS are experiencing significant delays in picking up, scanning, and delivering packages. We realize how frustrating these delays can be, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused but we (and the shipping companies) are more than grateful for your patience during this time.

 

These past two years have been a whirlwind, and we appreciate you sticking with us through it all.

 

If your order has not arrived in 2 weeks from the date of shipment (when you receive a tracking number), please reach out to the postal carrier (USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post), as well as our team (hello@rareform.com) for further assistance. We, unfortunately, cannot control the speed of delivery once packages leave our warehouse but we sure wish we could. We'll do our best to get you an update as soon as we can - we're on your team.

Please note that during the holiday season shipping volumes are at an all-time high across carriers. USPS has recommended placing holiday orders by December 18th to receive by December 24th. We recommend shopping as soon as possible to avoid any delays should you choose our standard free shipping service.

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our customer care team will do their best to accommodate your requests. All orders created from Nov. 1 - Dec. 24th 2021 will fall under our extended return window (You may return items up to 90 days from the date of purchase). Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your order will ship out of our warehouse within 5-7 business days.

 

Because of the significant increase in online shopping this year, USPS is handling more packages than ever before. You might see a tracking status of 'label created' which means it has left our facility but is taking a little extra time to get scanned by USPS, but rest assured, your package is on the way!

Shipping & Orders

Our standard shipping is $5.95 for orders between under $100. For orders over $100, standard shipping is free! FedEx 2 Day Shipping is offered for orders within the continental United States for $20. (U.S. only, separate shipping rates apply for international orders.)

Returns are easy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase*. All orders purchased from November 1 - December 24, 2021 will be eligible for return 90 days from purchase.

 

A full refund (less return shipping) will be issued. If you prefer store credit, return shipping is on us! All merchandise must be unused; the condition of the product is left at RAREFORM's discretion.

 

Mystery Items and Clearance items are final sale. No returns for international orders.

*Please return your items in the proper shipping bag/box that fits the item you are returning. Do not bend, fold, or shove items in the packaging. If your item is received damaged due to the way it was packaged we will not accept your return. Any straps, free gifts with purchase, or BOGO items must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.

Any sale or promotion online is valid during specified times and is subject to end without notice. Sales and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

Yes! Please send us an email with your order number + discount code within 1 hour of purchase to hello@rareform.com and we can apply your discount code retroactively.

Yes! If you need to make changes to your order (shipping address, billing information, discounts, etc.) or cancel your order, please email hello@rareform.com with your order number and desired change within 1 hour of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that our customer care hours are M-F 8-5 PST. If your request is received outside of those hours there is a possibility that we will not be able to accommodate you but will do everything we can to do so. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Yes! We will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order as soon as your order ships. We will include tracking info in this email, but you can also track your order here anytime: http://track.rareform.com/  Typical order processing times are 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

Yes! We offer carrier-calculated economy + express shipping options at checkout, with duties and taxes also (always!) PAID! You can expect your economy international order to arrive 5-12 business days after it's been shipped from our warehouse.

Yes! We care deeply about our customers' privacy and security. All transactions that take place on our website use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), and our online store is certified Level 1 PCS DSS compliant.

Product Information

Yes! Our Zippered Blake Tote, Hudson Tote, Maya Crossbody, Rae Crossbody and our Ella Tote have a full zipper closure. The Cora Tote has a snap closure.

Great question! In order from largest to smallest by volume: Weekender Duffle (53 Liters), Union Duffle (40 Liters), and Light Duffle (24 Liters). All duffles are TSA approved for carry on.

You can use any mild soap or spray cleaner with a soft rag or sponge! We do not recommend putting items in a washing machine. Avoid using cleaners or products that contain bleach or other harsh ingredients i.e. non reef-safe sunscreen as that can cause discoloration.

Yes! We photograph each individual product for our website, so the one you see is the EXACT one you will receive. Any photo marked 'detail example' is just an example so that you can see what your bag looks like on the interior or from different angles.

Yes! Each RAREFORM bag is unique because each is made from a unique billboard. We get all kinds of billboard vinyl, and each piece comes with its own style, its own set of wear, and its own store. Once a billboard has been washed and hand-cut in our office in Los Angeles, we make it into a bag that's as one-of-a-kind as you!

Yes! Gift Cards are available for purchase here.

As you know, our bags used to be billboards and was repurposed into product. They may have a few spots and scuffs, we call them beauty marks, and they are from my eventful past. But, this is what makes it YOUR unique bag!*

Here at Rareform, we fully support the billboard advertisers and those who use their services. We think the industry does an amazing job supporting and promoting businesses, small and large, across the world. Our goal is not to stop advertising companies from printing more billboards, we simply want to be the solution to their waste. Since the PVC material used for billboards cannot be traditionally recycled, our bags help to extend their lifespan by allowing the material to be reused in a completely new way.

We believe that creativity is a vital part of life and this series is a way to celebrate that. We search far and wide for artists, muralists, designers, and creatives who not only make beautiful pieces of art, but also inspire the communities around them. Each collection is crafted with purpose from start to finish, and support artists from across the country. Plus, you'll finally be able to know exactly which billboard your bag came from.
