How much does shipping and handling cost?

In the continental US, it's free! We hate ordering something online and then being stunned by how the price goes up when shipping and handling, taxes, etc., are added at the very end. The price you see online is the price you pay.

What is your guarantee and exchange/return policy?

Returns/exchanges are easy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no questions asked, 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. A full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping charges will be issued. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. However, all clearance items are final sale.

How do I clean my bag?

The old fashioned way. Use non-abrasive soap, warm water, and a soft rag.

Where are RAREFORM products manufactured?

Almost all of our products are manufactured in California. The rest are manufactured in China.

What size board bag should I order? Will my board fit?

We spent countless hours researching board sizes, lengths, widths, and how the industry is moving. If you have a 6'3" shortboard/fish/retro board, our 6'3" board bag will fit. If you have a 9'6" board, our 9 6 longboard bag will work perfectly.

If for some reason the bag you order doesn't fit, ship it back to us for free and we will send you a new one, no questions asked. We want to make you happy. Check out returns here: (link to our returns).

Where does RAREFORM get all of its billboards?

We partner with companies that share in our passion for a cleaner planet. Lamar Advertising Company, the world's largest outdoor advertiser, is our main billboard supplier and, like our other partners, is a leader in re-purposing. Do you offer international shipping?

YES! We now offer international shipping with custom rate quotes to get you the best deal.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Returns/exchanges are easy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no questions asked, 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. What is the return or exchange policy for shipments outside of the contiguous US?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can absolutely return them to us within 30 days of receiving them. Please give us a call at: 805-419-3507 so we can begin to process your return or exchange accordingly. We do not cover the cost of return shipping...sorry.

Why haven't I received a confirmation for my order?

It's possible you entered an invalid email address or haven't placed your order properly. Check your spam folder, too. If you're still not having any luck, send an email to info@rareform.com and we'll help you get to the bottom of it.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped with Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 business days. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Unfortunately, we can't accept cash or checks at this time. Please note we only accept one form of payment per order.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We care deeply about our customers' privacy and security. All transactions that take place on our website use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), and our online store is certified Level 1 PCS DSS compliant.

Does RAREFORM do corporate orders?

Yes, we do!

Is there a minimum for corporate orders?

Although we can do a small corporate order, our suggested minimum is 25 pieces.

Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate orders?

We do offer discounts for corporate orders! For information email us at info@rareform.com.

Can I sell RAREFORM products in my shop?

We'd love to talk about it. Send an email to info@rareform.com with "Merchant" in the subject line and tell us a little bit about your shop. Give us a thorough description of the kinds of merchandise you sell, tell us where you're located, and send us some pictures. We'll get in touch with you as quickly as we can.
